Acceptance

By using nodira.health or app.nodira.health you accept these terms. If you use Nodira on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

The service

Nodira provides tools for a clinic's scheduling, clinical records, quotes, payments and documents. Each clinic's commercial terms, including price, are agreed separately.

Accounts and access

Each person uses their own account and is responsible for keeping their password private. The clinic decides who has access and with which role, and is responsible for how its team uses the service.

Clinic data

The clinic is responsible for the data it records and for having its patients' consent where the law requires it. Nodira processes that data only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nodira for unlawful purposes, to try to access other clinics' data, or to interfere with the service, including by sending automated requests.

Professional judgement

Nodira is a record-keeping and management tool. Clinical decisions are always the responsibility of the health professional.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or causes beyond our control. We may update these terms; we will publish the new version on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala.
