Who we are

Nodira is software for running clinics and practices in Guatemala: scheduling, clinical records, quotes, payments and documents. This policy explains what data we handle on this site (nodira.health) and in the application (app.nodira.health).

Data we collect on this site

When you send an access request we collect your name, email, phone (if you give it), your clinic's name, city, specialty, number of practitioners and any message you write. We use it only to contact you about Nodira.

To protect the form from automated submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical signals from your browser. We also store a keyed hash of your IP address, which cannot be turned back into the address, to limit the number of submissions.

This site uses no advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.

Data inside the application

The patient data a clinic records in Nodira belongs to that clinic. Nodira processes it on the clinic's behalf and only to provide the service: it does not sell it, share it with third parties for advertising or use it for any other purpose.

Inside the application each person sees only what their role allows, and every access to and change of a record is logged in the clinic's audit trail.

Where it is stored

Data is hosted on dedicated servers from an infrastructure provider in the United States, with encrypted connections between your browser and our servers.

How long we keep it

Access requests are kept while they are useful for the sales conversation. Clinical and financial records are kept while the clinic keeps its account, because their history is never deleted by design; when the service ends, the clinic can request a copy of its data.

Your rights

You can ask us to correct or delete the data you gave us in the form. If you are a patient of a clinic that uses Nodira, direct your request to that clinic, which is responsible for your record.

Changes

If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page, with its date.
