Nodira was born in Guatemala so a clinic can keep its calendar, records and accounts with the same care it gives its patients.
A clinic should not depend on notebooks, spreadsheets and memory.
In many clinics the calendar lives in a notebook, records in folders and payments in a spreadsheet. Each works on its own, and what gets lost is in between: the appointment no one confirmed, the treatment that was never charged, the X-ray that cannot be found.
Nodira puts those three records in one place without mixing them. Clinical work belongs to each specialty, the calendar belongs to the whole clinic, and the accounts match what actually happened. Nothing is deleted: every correction is written down, with who made it and when.
We started with dentistry because it is where record-keeping is most demanding, tooth by tooth and surface by surface. The next specialties build on the same foundation.
